Damian Dawson - Director
Damian has a degree in Environmental Science and a Graduate Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning. Damian has worked within the transport and town planning fields since 2002, employed within both the private and Local Government sectors. Damian has expertise that extends across a range of fields including multi-storey, mixed use, tourism, renewable energy and residential developments. Damian enjoys getting outside in the garden, heading to the coast for a surf and camping with family.
Steve Tilbrook - Senior Associate
Steve has a Bachelor of Arts Degree with majors in Geography and Environmental Studies and a Graduate Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning. Steve has extensive Local Government experience having commenced his town planning journey in 2003 at the City of Onkaparinga. Steve has expertise in commercial, tourism, land division and residential developments. Steve has a passion for men’s fashion, health and fitness. He enjoys everything to do with basketball and spending time with his family.
John Mason - Senior Associate
John has a degree in Urban and Regional Planning with extensive Local Government experience drawn from over 14 years at the City of Onkaparinga. He has expertise in green acre/ large scale land divisions, commercial, industrial, residential and tourism developments. John is a keen footballer, golfer and basketballer. He is looking to undertake studies in psychology/counselling to better understand people and how the world around us can improve our quality of life.
Varsha Kulkarni – Consultant Planner
Varsha has a Bachelors in Architecture and a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning. Varsha has worked as a Junior Architect in India and has a keen eye for design and making places better for people. Varsha enjoys working with our Local Government clients to manage and assess applications within the Plan SA portal. Varsha has a passion for cooking (the spicier the better), drawing and painting.
