JEFF SMITH – DIRECTOR – MPIA

Jeff has been involved in the town planning and development industry since 1970, in both Local Government and private practice. Jeff has worked within urban and rural environments in the Northern Territory, Western Australia and Tasmania. Jeff regularly provides expert evidence in a variety of planning matters before the Environment Resources and Development (ERD) Court.

DAMIAN DAWSON – ASSOCIATE– MPIA

Damian has a degree in Environmental Science and a Graduate Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning. Damian has worked within the transport and town planning fields since 2002, employed within both the private and Local Government sectors – Adelaide City Council and the City of Onkaparinga. Damian has expertise that extends across a range of fields including multi-storey, mixed use, renewable energy and residential developments.

TIM BEAZLEY – CONSULTANT PLANNER – MPIA

Having completed a Bachelor in Urban and Regional Planning (Honours) in 2012, Tim conducts development assessments in both metropolitan and rural areas. Tim has a keen eye for detail and process, along with an interest in the provision of affordable housing. Tim has experience in the preparation of application plans and documentation.

MARK TRONCONE – GRADUATE PLANNER – MPIA GRADUATE

Mark has recently joined the firm after having completed a degree in Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning (Honours). Mark has undertaken duties as a Project Coordinator, Planning Consultant and Council Planner prior to joining Planning Chambers. Prior to graduation he completed a six month placement in Malaysia working as an Assistant Project Manager.
